The future of the industry looks brighter than ever with this next generation of leaders.”

The non-profit Foundation was established in 2015 and was initially funded by MidAtlantic Farm Credit. The Farm Credit Foundation for Agricultural Advancement’s scholarship program awards scholarships valued up to $10,000 to high school seniors or students currently enrolled in an advanced educational program planning to pursue a career in agriculture.

“We encourage all eligible students to apply for the 2023 scholarship program later this year,” adds Wright. “I am continually impressed with the applicants each year as the agriculture industry grows and diversifies, just like our students.”
